Terms of Service

VOXIE STUDIO provides a browser-based voxel editor at /studio, export tools, optional share links, a public gallery, embeddable public scenes, cloud scene storage, live co-create, public profiles, Code Lab, an Agent API, and related features. Product details are summarized on /pricing and /docs; these terms control if there is a conflict. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You retain ownership of voxel models and artwork you create. By publishing a share link, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and deliver that content as needed to operate the share, gallery, embed, profile, and related features according to the visibility you choose.

Anyone with an accessible share URL may remix the model into their own Studio session. Remixes are new works under the remixer's account; you retain ownership of your original. Publishing means you accept that others can copy the published scene for personal or remix use within the service.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload or publish and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property or violate applicable law.

New shares may be public (listed in the gallery and embeddable) or private (Premium-only: shareable by link, omitted from the gallery, not embeddable by third parties). Anyone with the share URL can view, play, or remix the model — including private links. Do not treat a private link as a confidentiality guarantee. Legacy anonymous or unlisted shares may remain readable by anyone with the URL.

Public shares may appear on voxie.studio/gallery and can be embedded via voxie.studio/embed/…. Public gallery publishing requires sign-in. Do not publish sensitive, illegal, or copyrighted material you do not have rights to share.

We may remove share links or suspend publishing for abuse, spam, illegal content, or violations of these terms. Rate limits apply to publishing.

Signed-in users may set an optional public @handle (3–24 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores; some names are reserved), display name, and avatar. Public profiles at voxie.studio/u/… may list your public publishes. Do not impersonate others or use handles that violate these terms or applicable law. We may reclaim or disable handles for abuse or trademark concerns.

Premium subscribers may host cloud scenes and invite co-creators (invitees can edit without Premium). You must have permission to invite people you add. Do not use co-create rooms to harass others or distribute illegal content. We may revoke invites, remove scenes, or suspend access for abuse.

Optional accounts use third-party sign-in (Google, GitHub, Discord). Premium may include a larger work area (up to 256³ vs free 40³), cloud scenes, co-create hosting, private publishing, optional watermark-free exports, Code Lab, Agent API keys, and an ad-free editor. Billing is handled by Stripe; you can manage or cancel via the account billing portal. Free accounts and signed-out use may see advertisements. Free exports include a VOXIE watermark; gallery publish previews always include the mark.

Keep Agent API keys confidential. Do not share keys publicly or exceed documented rate limits. We may revoke keys that are abused.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes or to distribute malware
• Publish infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content via shares, profiles, embeds, or co-create
• Impersonate others via handles, profiles, or published content
• Share Agent API keys or abuse the API / rate limits
• Attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, or scrape at scale
• Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law

The free tier may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense). Premium subscribers do not see these ads. Your interaction with ads is subject to the advertiser's and Google's policies. See our Privacy Policy for cookie and ad information.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or preservation of local, cloud, or shared data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOXIE STUDIO and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
