Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
VOXIE STUDIO (voxie.studio) is a browser-based voxel editor operated at https://voxie.studio. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Editor autosave. Scenes you create may be stored locally in your browser (local storage) so you can resume work. This data stays on your device unless you export, sync to the cloud, or publish it.
Share links. If you publish a share link, we store the project JSON, optional preview image, and basic metadata (name, voxel count, creation date, visibility, author) on Cloudflare R2 and, for owned publishes, in our database so others can view the model at voxie.studio/m/… according to the visibility you chose. Public shares may also appear in the gallery, on your public profile, and be framed via voxie.studio/embed/…. Private shares (Premium) are not listed in the gallery and are not third-party embeddable, but anyone with the private URL can view, play, or remix the model — treat the link like a secret. Legacy anonymous or unlisted shares may remain readable by anyone with the URL.
Accounts. If you sign in with Google, GitHub, or Discord, we store your account profile (name, email, avatar from the identity provider) and session data in our database. You may also set a public handle, display name, and uploaded avatar (stored on Cloudflare R2). Premium billing is processed by Stripe. Cloud scenes, Agent API keys and related metadata, and co-create invite records are stored under your account.
Cloud scenes and co-create. When you use cloud sync or co-create, we store scene data and collaboration metadata (including invitee emails and invite tokens) so invited editors can join and edit. Invitees' account data is processed when they accept an invite and sign in.
Agent API. If you create API keys, we store key material securely (for example hashed) and may retain request metadata needed for rate limiting, security, and abuse prevention.
Usage and analytics. We use Google Tag Manager (GTM-WTCCM4G6) and related analytics tools to understand how the site is used. See the Cookies and advertising section below.
Server logs. Our hosting and edge providers (including Vercel and Cloudflare) may log IP addresses, user agents, and request metadata for security and performance.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. Google's consent management platform (CMP) may be shown where required by law before non-essential cookies are set.
We use Google AdSense (ca-pub-6657443297248535) to display ads on the free tier. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can learn how Google uses data at Google's partner sites policy and manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings. Premium subscribers do not see these ads.
How we use information
- Provide and improve the editor, gallery, embeds, profiles, and cloud features
- Operate co-create invites and collaboration
- Authenticate accounts and process Premium billing
- Prevent abuse (including rate limits on publishing and the Agent API)
- Measure traffic and fix errors
- Serve and measure advertisements on the free tier
Sharing with third parties
We use service providers including Google (sign-in, ads, analytics, consent), Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (R2 storage and edge services), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal information.
Public share links and public profiles are accessible to anyone. Private share links are accessible to anyone who has the URL. Public shares may also be listed in the gallery, shown on your profile, and embedded on third-party sites.
Retention
Local editor data remains until you clear browser storage. Published shares, profile data (handles, avatars), cloud scenes, API keys, and invite records remain until you delete or revoke them (where the product allows) or until removed by us (e.g. for abuse or legal requests). Analytics data is retained according to each provider's policies.
Your choices
Clear browser storage to remove local scenes. Choose private visibility when you do not want gallery listing, profile listing, or third-party embeds (remember: the link itself remains usable by anyone who has it). Manage handle, avatar, and owned publishes from your account. Revoke Agent API keys and cancel co-create invites where available. Manage or cancel Premium via the Stripe billing portal. Use the Google CMP or your browser settings to manage cookies where available. For account or data deletion requests, email us at the address below.
Children
VOXIE STUDIO is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
